What time do the car parks open?
The car park will open at approximately 9am. The car park gates will be locked each night at midnight.
What are the opening times?
On Saturday the rally is open 10am – 11pm and 10am – 6pm on Sunday.
Is camping available onsite
Where can I buy tickets from?
You can buy tickets for Woodcote Rally in advance at a discounted rate from this website. These will be available up until the end of June . Alternatively, just turn up.
Is there any local public transport to the show field?
Yes, Thames Travel operate the X40 bus service between Oxford and Reading, that stops in Woodcote. The War Memorial stop is the best one to get off at, then it is a short walk (approximately 450 metres) to the public entrance. Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a lead and remain under control. Owners are also responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
Can I get cash on site?
Unfortunately, as we are on open farmland there are no cash facilities onsite. There is a local Co-op in the village where cash back facility is available.
Are credit card facilities available at the entrance gates for "On the Day" admission payments?
We can accept credit or debit card payments at the entrance gates to a limited extent but cash on the day is preferred. You can purchase your tickets via credit or debit card in advance through the website.
Is there a Show Guide/programme?
Yes, there is a full colour Souvenir Programme that contains a site map, information about all of the exhibits, the timetable of events as well as details on the craft stalls and a list and description of all the drinks being served in the CAMRA Festival of Ale tent. These can be purchased upon entrance to the site.
Is there an obvious meeting point?
An obvious meeting point would either be by the beer tent or by the Secretary’s Tent alongside the main ring.
Is there somewhere to eat & drink?
Numerous mobile catering units on site provide a wide choice of Hot & Cold Snacks, Ice Cream and Drinks. We also have a Tea Tent providing Teas & Coffees as well as a selection of cakes and sweet treats. This is in addition to the Beer Tent, which houses the Woodcote Festival of Ale, run by CAMRA South Oxfordshire Branch and a Pimm’s & Proseco bar. The list of drinks being served in the CAMRA tent is made available on this website approximately 2 weeks before the Rally weekend.
Is the ground uneven?
Yes, the Rally takes place on open farmland so sensible footwear is advised.
